Basic Itinerary
Friday 15th January

• Paintball 8:30AM - 1:00PM
• Beach 12:00PM - 4:00PM

Saturday 16th January

• LAN Begins 4:00PM - [Please don't arrive earlier]

Sunday 17th January

• LAN Concludes 3:00PM

Costs
Entry to LAN - $15 dollars

• This helps pay for things like electricity, tables, servers and future LAN prizes.

Dinner - Free (Included in entry)

• BBQ cooked on the night - Upon entry state how much you eat, along with any special dietary requirements.

Breakfast - Between $5 - $20

• McDonalds run - Goes off Menu prices.

How to prepare for the LAN

• Have your files hashed and ready to share (See guide here - Thanks Tallest!)
• Charge your camera/s
• Make sure you have the games we will be playing installed
• Make sure you have a .iso reader installed (Alcohol 120%/Daemon Tools/Virtual Drive etc) to install linux
• IMPORTANT: Launch steam games the night before to make sure all of your games are up to date. Load up all games in offline mode to ensure everything works.

What to bring - Computer Stuff
The Main Stuff

• BYOC (Bring Your Own Computer)
• Monitor
• Keyboard
• Mouse (+mousepad)
• Headphones
• Batteries/Recharger for wireless devices

Cables

• Computer Power
• Monitor VGA/DVI
• Monitor Power
• CAT5 (network cable/s) - the longer the better!
• Your own power board
• Power extension cable

What to bring - Other Stuff

• Money for LAN entry and food
• Camera
• Spare clothes/shoes for dodgeball
• Toothbrush/toothpaste
• DEODORANT PLEASE
• Sleeping gear, if you are soft (Pillow/Sleeping bag/Lilo etc)

What NOT to bring

• Speakers
• Microwaves, toasters, fridges, or other white goods
• Stripers, hookers or drugs
• Alcohol, or anything else that is naughty or bad

Various Rules

• No smoking indoors, keep it to a minimal outside if you absolutely must
• No alcohol - remember this is a LAN
• No excessive raging (desk hitting) or loud swears
• No open pr0n sharing please
• Obviously, no violence
• Competitions will be run in PUG teams as to stop the obvious team stacks and to increase lols and rage
• There will be dodgeball happening downstairs, just be responsible and try not to break anything

Extra Food
There is a Coles supermarket very close by, about a 2 min drive
There is also a kitchen on site, in the side hall with fridge/microwave etc
