I redesigned the community profiles with a better layout. I think it looks much nicer now.
And I went around putting the finishing touches on some of the neglected parts of the forum template (PMs, Searches, "The Team")

You've probably noticed all the 500 server errors I've been causing
That's me fucking with htaccess file to make a hacky fix for the irritating "Last Post" bug. Grrr.
If you see a 500 server error pop up, don't panic! Unless it doesn't get fixed in like, 5 minutes, then it's probably not me. And you should panic.

I'm pretty sure I'm finished now.
I might look in to some phpbb mods tomorrow, like BBCodes for Quickreply, Secondary Rank/Group etc.
