"Landmine Gardens" Custom Maps

Custom maps on the TF2 server named here for those who do not like surprises.

cp_pro_dustbowl
cp_dustbowl without stage 3. As attacking and defending dustbowl can take weeks, this works on the mantra "a quick game's a good game".
cp_prolane_v3
cp_fastlane with reworked spawns, faster cap times and extra routing through point 2 and 3.
cp_freight
Bears some resemblance to cp_well. So named for the slow freight trains that roll along four rail lines across the map. Also features a central waterway that links the second points.
cp_follower
Uses the alpine tileset. Features a train bridge over a valley like in cp_badlands, but 2nd and 3rd points are more like those in cp_granary.

Using a desert tileset, includes many unusual strategic features, such as dual level cap points, waterways behind the last point and a triangular map shape.

There should be a map where you have to run through a train tunnel to get to a cp... or maybe just an extreme shortcut. Youd have to strategize around the possibility that if you dont stick together someone could be left behind till the railway is clear again. Cept im not a good enough mapmaker for anything even close to that..... FEENIX!!

@falcon freight is sort of like that. You can get totally cut off on the middle cp by trains, sometimes it saves you, sometimes it just bottles you up. I'd like to see a map that rolls downward instead of forward, like a weird sort of bunker with vertical air shafts. Considering the super villain age that tf2 is set in, there really ought to be more bunkers and hideouts drilled into the sides of volcanoes.
